Application areas

The standard plant of type NTK-4500 (NTK = thermocatalytic low-temperature conversion ) according to the CDS process is designed for a maximum of 4,500 to / year (depending on the input material) and can be economically designed and optimized for a wide variety of waste, biological and mineral materials. The following areas of applications, in which energetically sensible waste and residual materials can be processed, dried and shredded, are:

Any toxins (e.g. chlorine) possibly contained in the raw materials are reliably bound by the catalyst, metals (e.g. from composite plastics) are separated in the process, discharged separately and can thus be sold. Due to the low processing temperatures compared to other processes, no hazardous substances (such as dioxins and furans) are produced.

In addition to the valuable materials from waste management, organic raw materials (wood, rape and other vegetable (residual) materials) can now also be converted in the same way.

Due to the small size of the plant, decentralised processing of the valuable material is now also possible and sensible. This makes additional expensive and environmentally harmful transport routes unnecessary.
